Leaving middle school, closing that chapter of your life, and opening a brand new one.  Starting over at a new school, making new friends and new memories.  Starting the four best years of your life.

On August 20th, the class of 2013 walked through the doors of Aurora Central Catholic. The newcomers were filled with mixed emotions. Some were nervous. Some were excited. Some wanted to know what their teachers were like. Some were worried about the transformation into block schedules. And, some walked in thinking “Ugh, what another boring year of school!”.

“The biggest difference between middle school and high school is block scheduling, but it was pretty easy to get used to.” “My first High school football game is a great memory.” -Drake Riedy.

” It’s so different that there are lockers at ACC!” “I love the Cheerleading squad.”-Jazmin Deigado

“I love ACC. It’s awesome!” “I can’t wait to go to Homecoming with my girlfriend and the buddies I have met here”-Matthew Nass

“ACC is dandy!” “I’m taking Algebra II Honors, Spanish I, English Honors, and Computer Literacy.  I love all my classes, but my favorite is Spanish because Ms. Gonzales is an amazing teacher.”-Rachel Rahn

“As of now, I’m not going with anyone to Homecoming, but I’m still very excited.” “My favorite memory so far is being on the football team, but I’m also excited for basketball season and baseball season.”-Anthony Andujar

“My favorite teacher is Mr. Drye.”  “High School is different because it is a lot harder and everything moves a lot faster.”-Josiah Padilla

Attending ACC will be a life changing experience.  Here, it won’t feel like a school, it will feel like a home, your home.  You’ll live, you’ll laugh, and you’ll make memories that will last you a lifetime!
